Case-law, available through the UNCITRAL CLOUT database which consolidates reported case law on UNCITRAL texts, may assist both national authorities and courts in their interpretation of the Model Law.
States and other stakeholders are therefore encouraged to contribute to CLOUT, in order to assist in the uniform interpretation of the Model Law.14
